Our Chief Executive Officer is a seasoned and visionary entrepreneur, with experience spanning various sectors including Estate Development and Management, Construction, Consultancy, Hospitality and Facility Management services. With over 2 decades experience, he has established himself as a renowned status symbol of professional excellence. He has successfully headed numerous local and international organizations. He is the founder of LPAC Global Resources, Lkulano Nigeria Limited (which is almost 2 decades old), EM & PH Consults. He has served and is currently serving on the Board of several successful companies some of which are Lexaren Luxury Apartments, Midas Touch Hotel and Suites and Lueto Ventures. Under his leadership, Residencia Moderno has grown into an eco friendly and efficient Real Estate organization.

Emmanuel Kidochukwu Uzum

Emmanuel Uzum (Kidochukwu) is a seasoned professional with a diverse academic and industry background.
He holds a degree in Human Physiology from Ambrose AlliUniversity, Ekpoma (Class of 2007), a postgraduate degree in Community/Public Health from the University of Sunderland, UK (Class of 2010), and a Business Management degree from Delta State University, Abraka (Class of 2024).
With a career spanning the real estate, hospitality, and tourism sectors, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his field. Based in Asaba, he continues to contribute to industry growth through strategic management and innovative solutions.

Patrick Lucas Uzum

Legal Consultant

Patrick Lucas Uzum (Esq) serves as our company’s legal consultant, bringing over eighteen years of distinguished experience in corporate and commercial law within Nigeria. He has been instrumental in the successful registration of numerous expanding businesses both domestically and internationally. Mr. Uzum is also a Notary Public and holds an MSc in Real Estate Construction Management from Fordham University, USA. His expertise extends to working with various indigenous and multinational companies on affordable and sustainable development initiatives, including green building practices.

Project Manager, DreamWood, Gudu, Abuja

A results-driven Industrial Engineer and Procurement Officer, he brings over eight years of experience in managing procurement processes, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. His expertise lies in streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and implementing cost-effective strategies that drive efficiency and project success.
With a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, he excels in procurement strategy development, contract management, and supplier relationship management. His ability to negotiate favourable terms, build strong supplier networks, and enforce regulatory compliance ensures seamless procurement operations that support organizational growth.

Audu Ojone Ramat

Team Lead, Design and Aesthetics

A passionate and skilled architectural design professional, she specializes in aesthetics, sustainability, and construction, bringing a keen eye for detail and functionality to every project. With a National Diploma in Architecture from Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, her expertise has been shaped by hands-on experience with various architects and construction firms. This diverse background has deepened her understanding of innovative and functional design solutions that blend creativity with practicality.
As the Team Lead for the Design and Aesthetics Department at ResidenciaModerno Smart Eco-Friendly Homes, she specializes in crafting smart, sustainable, and visually striking residential spaces. Her approach seamlessly integrates modern architectural principles with eco-friendly solutions, ensuring energy efficiency and environmental harmony in every project.

Engr. Coker Samson Babatunde

Civil/Structural Engineer

Engr. Coker Samson Babatunde, is a seasoned Civil/Structural Engineer who knows the rudiments of his profession, he has the penchant for service delivery and he is a result oriented person. A good technical in-depth knowledge of his profession and has over 20 years’ experience in Construction, Project management and Consultancy that has translated into effective quality work output to meet the yearning need and expectations of his clients.
He has worked in various Engineering Organizations/Construction companies as Site Engineer, Structural Engineer and Project Manager and he is currently the Managing Director of DARAK Consultancy Services Limited and ACT Engineering Nig. Limited and Director in over 5 Reputable companies.

Joseph Louis

A highly accomplished Construction Project Manager, he brings over three years of experience in successfully delivering real estate projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Holding a B.Tech in Project Management Technology, he is well-versed in MS Project, Operations Research, and HSE best practices, equipping him with the technical and strategic expertise to optimize workflows and enhance project efficiency.
