With over 2 decades experience, he has established himself as a renowned status symbol of professional excellence. He has successfully headed numerous local and international organizations. He is the founder of LPAC Global Resources, Lkulano Nigeria Limited (which is almost 2 decades old), EM & PH Consults. He has served and is currently serving on the Board of several successful companies some of which are Lexaren Luxury Apartments, Midas Touch Hotel and Suites and Lueto Ventures. Under his leadership, Residencia Moderno has grown into an eco friendly and efficient Real Estate organization.

ARCHITECTAn innovative and detail oriented architect with a wealth of experience in implementing highly creative solutions and executing excellently finished residential projects. Skilled in overseeing multiple projects, with a great level of accuracy and professionalism. A graduate of Architecture from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria, with British certification in Project management and Health, safety and environment. She has worked as a design Architect in Housing and Urban Development unit in Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Abuja and Bamshuk consults a construction firm in Niger state.
Princess Halleluya Dappa-Wilcox
Executive SecretaryOur Company Executive Secretary is a graduate of Babcock University and an experienced administrator with several years of experience across various sectors including Consulting, Advisory services, Facility management services, FMCG and International hospitality experience in the United States of America. She is the arrowhead that drives transformation in all aspects of our business dealings. She served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Facility Manager at GHK Facilities, a fast growing facility management organization. She is a certified Fraud Examiner, Project Manager, Digital Marketer and Customer Relationship Manager. She also has British International Safety Certificates in Safety at Work, Risk Awareness and Practical application (HSE) and Environmental Awareness.
Godswill Osigbemhe Atogwe
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERA knowledgeable & innovative Industrial Engineer, adept at creating unique solutions to dynamic production issues with a wealth of experience in Workplace Ergonomics, Process Improvement & optimization of time on the assembly line.
Highly skilled in all phases of Engineering operations, advocates for sustainable infrastructure and green city-planning, greatly committed to designing environmental conscious and cost effective infrastructure solutions.
A registered Industrial Engineer with certification from the Nigerian Society of Engineers (N.S.E), Nigerian Institute of Industrial Engineers (NIIE), Environment and Safety Management Institute (ESMI) and the Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria COREN (in-view).
He has worked as a plant operator at Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) Delta State, a Machine Operator at Metal Cuts and Design Engineering Services Delta State, A Consultant Engineer at Givenchy Homes Limited Lagos, and a field Engineer at Ehidan Global Services, Edo state.
Emmanuel Chukwuma Enwere
OPERATIONS MANAGEREmmanuel is a practiced operations manager with over 8 years expertise in construction in the private sector. He earned a BSC in geography and environmental science and is currently undergoing his MSC in environmental resource management. As a result oriented operations supervisor with over ten years’ of involvement in streamlining processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency. His proficiency in managing day to day operations, including supply chain management, logistics, inventory control, and quality control has overtime maintained the canons of our operations.
Mr Emmanuel plays a fundamental role in the daily operations of the company at large while making sure that we maintain a sustainable and cleaner environment.
